CONNECTION!The objective in going to church is to seek to build our relationship with God and CONNECT with others. Many people go to church to fulfill an obligation through some ritual and so are reduced to actions without meaning. CONNECTION is all about an encounter with God and others that changes who we are.
Making the decision to know God deeper can be difficult. And, many times, CONNECTING to a church family is hard to do. Especially, if you've been hurt.
We are not perfect people. Yes, we will make mistakes. And, like any family, we might even get on each others nerve from time-to-time. But, our God is here – in this place, and He promised forty-four people when this church began twenty-five years ago that THIS CHURCH would make an impact on this community and world. Personally, I want to jump in and see what happens.
CONNECTION is one practical and God-honoring way of saying to God and other believers, “I am committed to God’s work here and I am dedicating myself to doing my part in reaching this community for Jesus Christ!” I hope and pray that you have made the decision to become a regular part of the family at Boulder Mountain Christian Church.
